(2) tablespoons sugar to (1) cup of heavy cream (good ratio).
Cool a metal mixing bowl and metal whisk(s) in fridge or freezer for 20 minutes.
Place the sugar and heavy cream in bowl and whisk (electronic is best) together until the cream reaches stiff peaks.
Refrigerate in between servings and discard leftovers within 24 hours and you may have to whip it again for a few seconds.
